A Life That Made Room For Mine
Toto is my mother, the true life favicon. When I search for words, sometimes I fail, because some people are too large for neat sentences. I still do not know how one three-bedroom apartment in Kololo, KAR Drive, could hold so many memories and so many lives, but through you it did.
I have even tried to use AI to count how many people passed through that house, and up to now I keep counting more than one thousand. You made the impossible possible. You shared yourself with Kitante UMI Public Service students, with neighbours, with relatives, with visitors, and somehow there was still enough love left over for us at home. That is not ordinary motherhood. That is abundance in human form.
Your legacy lives in one thousand plus people and still growing. You turned one address into a school, a shelter, a launchpad, and a home. We thank God that we were able to share you with so many, and we thank God daily for the life He continues to bless us with through your presence. If impact could be measured like light, yours would still be shining far beyond our line of sight.
